Lifetime Support:

At Corgi Wonders, our commitment to you extends well beyond the moment you bring home a puppy. As dedicated breeders, experienced puppy counselors, and passionate puppy enthusiasts, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While we do our utmost to ensure the health and well-being of our puppies, factors like genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care are beyond our control. We stand by you even when our guarantee may not cover every situation, striving to assist in the best way possible.

Health Assurance:

While we believe that each puppy is irreplaceable, we acknowledge that companionship can ease the pain of loss. In the rare event of a puppy’s passing within two years due to genetics or congenital/hereditary disorders adversely affecting its health, we offer a replacement of equivalent value at no cost. Should such an event occur after ten years, we provide a credit of 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy. Certified documentation by a licensed veterinarian is required.

Your Role in Puppy Health:

We take joy in delivering a healthy, happy puppy to you, and we request your assistance in maintaining their well-being. Provide us with a copy of the veterinary examination (medical record) within two business days of receiving your puppy. Your pup will arrive with up-to-date vaccinations, so avoid additional vaccinations within the initial ten days. Ensure your puppy receives regular veterinary care, including deworming and examinations. Although we provide initial deworming and vaccinations, we recommend continuing these practices until at least 9 weeks of age or as advised by your veterinarian.

Exceptions to Our Guarantee:

While we stand by the health of our puppies, we cannot guarantee disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability. No replacements will be provided for breeds prone to hip dysplasia if they become overweight. Failure to provide timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void the guarantee. Our guarantee does not cover costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undecided testes.
